The butter chicken… where can I begin. Excellent and complex flavours that complement each other. Its not to heavy on the stomach but at the same time its rich and creamy. I could eat 5 plates and still want more after. Hanu is a very passionate and humble chef that applies his skills to his best abilities in every stage of his career. He is an already established and recognized young chef in the community and I see him becoming on par with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, and Wolfgang Puck. 5/5 stars, never been less doubtful of a review.
The most amazing butter chicken I’ve ever had. I have travelled across Europe, India and by far his butter chicken has been the best I’ve had. That gravy is so rich yet light, chicken doesn’t overpower the gravy yet it is flavourful when you bite into it. This guy has perfected the butter chicken.
